Forming a corporation for your business can help protect your personal assets. It involves filing “Articles of Incorporation” with the North Carolina Secretary of State, and obtaining your corporate books and seal. I will be happy to guide your through this process, and work with your accountant to help you obtain your federal tax identification number.
My fee for most small business incorporations runs around $500.00, plus fees to the Secretary of State and costs for your corporate books.
